Does BLS allow accept expired PR cards for a PCC application? As part of the Indian embassy FAQs I read that people with an expired work or temporary visa can still apply for a PCC. But it doesn't mention anything about expired PR cards. Canada considers people with expired PR cards as valid PR holders.
