Pcc and work experience questions

Guys i didnt recieve ita yet but i have a few questions regarding pcc and work history:
1-how old should be the pcc from country of current residency and home country before submission of application .
2-in work history and mentioned my current work starting date but in the end date i left it empty because am still at the same workplace till the moment so is it ok??

Ok so pcc is good if less than 6 months as i get it,what about bank statement?

If you provide a bank letter following the requirements there is no need for bank statements. Otherwise you should provide the statements of the previous 6 months.
