PCC and RPRF information on CIC My Application page.

Good Morning;

I have linked my mom's application (under family sponsorship) to her account. She got medical done and we had submitted PCC, and paid RPRF prior to linking her application. On her CIC MY Application page, now I see that she has passed medical, but there is no information about the receipt of PCC or RPRF payment. Is this common or do we need to follow up?

that information generally is not posted on the websites. i'm not familiar with the new mycic page, however on the old ECAS, the only thing that would be mentioned is the medical. it's really nothing to worry about and it's not something to check in about with cic.

Its normal. Do not expect much information from the mycic page.
