Hello
I applied in march 2014. Recived and email today for PCC from india(i am from india). My que is,
1) what will be good idea to send PCC email or mail?
2) me and my wife has PCC which we got in june 2014, would that be work or do i need to get new one?
Thank you for you input.

PCC is needed in Original so have to mail the originals to CIC not email . Rest I believe you would need a New one .

Correction - From CIC site "The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply." So you would not need new one .

Sorry for inconvenience if caused due to my comment earlier . Got confused with before/after Application .

should i still send the old one. And when i get new one, i will send them too?

Nope you should avoid unnecessary documentation , Get the new one and send it .

ok, we will do that.
thank you for your help.

No, you don't need a new one. PCC should have been obtained no more than 3 months (maybe 6) prior to the application.

Send the ones you have to - see below for instructions:

You must send the original documents.

Send these, these should be fine.

So do you guys think i should be fine with what i have, because i got them after i applied and never send them.

I would suggest to send the June14 one, as CIC considers these valid for 1 year. Meanwhile you could get another latest one ready as a backup.

Cheers!

so if i mail them do i need to make cover letter with my all information on it?

include a copy of the request from CIC...

Thank you everyone.
I have one more que, what are my chances to get MR after PCC? or thier is nothing to do with PCC?
