Question,
I was having a convo with someone and they stated that the PC does not have to be be valid like the medical does in order for you to land in Canada. Is this correct? Just not sure and want to be 100%
(Police check expired after PPR)

The police check only has to be valid for CIC's purposes, not to land in Canada once you get your passport and COPR. Yes the medical must be valid, that is why the COPR has an expiry date. It expires when your medical expires. There maybe exceptions to this but I'm not aware of them.
