hi! hope someone can reply on my question.
I am aware I’m allowed 20hrs of work time every week. but due to system of the company where i part time i get 40.60 or 40.25 hrs biweekly since every minute I time in on the system is counted. will i have trouble with that?
also the company made a mistake by not paying my 8hrs of work for last month so what happened was they added the 8hrs on my time last cut off therefore showing 48hrs biweekly working hours instead of 40hrs for biweek. they told me they will provide me a letter with the company’s letter head and their signature explaining that the extra 8hrs was for the correction to my unpaid working hour (they cant release the money if they don't make it reflect since it’s not a family owned business). will that be okay or will i have trouble getting future permits here in canada?
