Hi for payment receipt it says "copy 2 properly completed of the Receipt you print from our website" is that a name of the form , or quantity?

If you pay at the bank, you get "Copy 1" which is your copy and "Copy 2" which is CIC's copy.denis_mtrl said:

If you pay online there is no Copy 1 & 2. Just what you print off to include.
