Hey , when i tried to pay my fees , my card for some reason got rejected but now on my application it's saying " processing payment " I don't understand as CIC didn't take the payment out of my account and it's not letting me pay again ?] i'm just confused . hopefully that doens't mess up my application.
 
Call your bank. They would see that you attempted to make a payment to CIC. Ask them to release the funds.
