Hi,

I just finished uploading documents and electronically signing them, so I was preparing to "transmit and pay". The problem is the button leads me to the payment page which just immediately shows an error "timed out" (even though the page was just there for like 2 seconds) and reverts me to the page of agreeing to the charges, without even being able to enter my credit card details. The page where the charges are indicated now says "UNFORTUNATELY, AN ERROR HAS OCCURED. WE'VE DETECTED A RECENT PAYMENT TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN."

So I have tried logging out, logging back in; using different kinds of browsers, etc, for at least 20 times to no avail. Anyone who has encountered this and was able to resolve it?
 
Well, it might have been a maintenance or something, coz I tried it just now and it worked well. Payment pushed through with no problems this time.

I have the same problem with you right now, just want to ask if you resolve it already? Please help
