Payment of Fees through the Internet

I am applying for an "Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class" and because this is OUTLAND, on the online payment is asks where this is going. I know that I have to send this to Mississauga Case Processing Centre and in turn they send it to Seoul office in South Korea. However should I check off;

1. Mississauga Case Processing Centre
OR
2. Canadian Embassy or Consulate outside Canada
