Payment of fees through same draft from which i received my refund from college

Hi....I have done my Graduation in BA and post graduation in MBA in distance learning program. I applied for Human Resource Management in Georgian college in Canada for September intake as i scored 6 in IELTS. But due to some problem, i was not able to apply for September intake. I have received my refund of fees through college demand draft but i have not cashed it yet. Now i want to apply for January intake. I want to ask you that can i pay the fees to college through the same draft and will i hav to make the changes in my education loan sanction letter.

Ask your school if they prefer fees by way of redemption of the said draft. It's better not to alter terms of your educational loan letter.

thanx 4 the reply...I have asked my college but they are not replying from a long time. i am woried now as deadlines are coming for january intake and it wil take 1 month to cash the demand draft. i am double minded that i should cash the demand draft or send it back to college authorities. And my consultant is saying that dis loan leter wil not work as dates mentioned on it are of august and embassy wil doubt.

First you make required changes (of date) in your educational loan letter, otherwise you will be in problem.

Since you are running out of time, it's better to pay either by saving or loan. You can redeem your bank draft at any time (take care of expiry date of your bank draft).

Punam, as enfield suggested its best that you pay right now from Savings account that is if its financially fine with you. Otherwise it would be great if you could simply call them up (if you haven't already). Also I can't talk on behalf of the college but if DD hasn't expired and if the fees is the same then I guess submitting the same DD shouldn't be a problem.

It's better to communicate by means of emails as the same is on record which you can refer in case of any problem/or proving anything important.
