We applied before December 31, 2015 in paper format. we have our CSQ. Now, we want to add our dependent child too. So, during the process regarding payment it seems like "For applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec submitted before December 31, 2015, you must complete the Payment by credit card form if you are requesting the addition of a spouse or a child to your immigration file."
My Concerns,
1- Can I Pay only via credit card?
2- In the form, I didn't understand which option should I tick for adding my child. The available options are noted below,
*Application from an employer concerning a job:
Temporary or Permanent
*Application for a Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (Québec acceptance certificate) for:
Study / Temporary / work / Medical treatment
*Application for an undertaking –
Family reunification
* Application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (Québec selection certificate) as:
Skilled worker (Québec experience program only) / Self-employed worker / Entrepreneur / Live-in caregiver
*Recognition as immigration consultant:
*Application for recognition Renewal Comparative evaluation of studies done outside Québec
Is the correct option is family reunification? I am not in Quebec yet
Another suitable option is skilled worker, but I am not experienced class.
