Payment CC vs DD

Hi All,

I have sent a FSWP application in mid of August, 2014 with mode of payment is DD.

I am visiting FSWP 2014 Global Spreadsheet on daily basis. What I have observed is that if the way of payment for an application is CC, it would Charge sooner then compare to if mode of payment is DD.

I am just curious if that could impact my application. So answering this example would make it easy for my understanding.

If Mr. A's app receive date is 24/08/2014 with DD, and Mr. B's app receive date is 25/08/2014 with CC. And, there is only one place left in occupation with code ABCD. Who should get it ? (Considering both the applications are perfect and applying for occupation code ABCD)

A. A as his application received first ?
b. B as his payment (CC) would be done quicker then compare to A(DD).

I've heard from a lawyer that CIO works on 'first come - first served' basis.
So technically it must be Mr. A.

Have no clue if it actually works this way though :-[

Thanks Arika for explanation.

I hope for the same it should be first come first serve. Also that does make sense otherwise, all applicants would have been paying by CC, no body would prefer DD.
