Paying RPRF at the bank?

I have a receipt to pay my RPRF at my bank, can I send a photocopy or Upload a Scan of the receipt to London? I understand the receipt needs to be sent to both London and Mississauga? Can I send a Fax or does it need to be the original (part 2 of IMM5401)?

Send original to Mississauga,you dont need to send it to the visa office Mississauga will inform them once it has been processed but if you want to you can fax it or email it to them by scanning.
