Paying Right Of Permanent Residence Fee

Okay,

So I just got my IMM 5401 in the mail today (because the feature of being able to pay on the CIC website is down) and I have a few questions.

1. Where can I go to pay the fee with the receipt I just got mailed?

2. Where do I mail the receipt after I have paid? Do I mail it back to Mississauga or to the Buffalo Office processing my file? (Originally I sent my application to Mississauga then they forwarded it to Buffalo. A couple weeks ago I got a letter from Buffalo saying all I have to do is pay my RPRF.)

You can pay at any Canadian financial institution. They will give you back two parts of the three part form. You keep one for your records and mail the other to Mississauga. You can fax a copy to Buffalo as well, if you want. Mississauga will make the official notification to Buffalo, though, and then it sounds like they'll be requesting the passport. Congratulations!
