Paying my fees

So just a quick question that I'm a tad confused on. I know my husband has to pay the 75 dollar sponsor fee and I have to pay the 475 principal applicant fee that needs to have receipts in the application. We have no children, dependents, or co-sponsors. There is a right to permanent residence fee of 400 and some odd dollars. Does that need to be paid and the receipt stuck in with the app when you are originally filing or can that fee be payed at a later time. I have heard two different things so far but it's a pretty straight forward question that I would love a solid answer too. If this has already been answers in another post please point me in the right direction. Thank you all. :D

You can pay everything all at once, and all together (ie. your husband doesn't need to pay one part and you need to pay the other), or you can pay the sponsor and principal applicant fee now, and the rtpr fee later, when they request it. If you do pay the rtpr fee later it will slow down your application, but it's up to you.

If i pay the rtpr fee before they request it and send the receipt in to be put with my app maybe in about a month after i file would that stop the hold up. Or if its not in the original application can i not get it to them until they request it?
