Passports to CPC Ottawa- NOVEMBER 2017

My tracker still says Ottawa 18:17’ And In Transit since dec 18th. I hope it’s really on the way though and I hope i receive it today as I paid for 1-2 days delivery and today is 20th!

Same here! Shown "Item processed" in Ottawa since Dec.18, 17:52, and then there is nothing

I called cic and they told me the Visa is printed. My passport was delivered on Nov 22. She said it was printed on Dec 8. But there is no change in my profile online. Anyone know how much longer would it take?

That happened to me. Processed in Ottawa Dec 18 and no update at all yesterday. Today its on the truck for delivery from local post office in Vancouver so don't worry, it should update today. They're just not doing all the daily updates that's all.

is it the same number we called to check our application status? 1(888)242-2100 right?
also, do you know the email of CPC-OTTAWA to ask about the passport?

It says ‘Item Processed’-9:18am; Richmond BC. Hopefully it gets to me today or tomorrow

Called IRCC on Monday 18th, the agent said the passport was already dispatched on Friday 15 Dec
As from today, the tracker is not activated. Called Canada post, they do not have any info
I am stressed about my pp

in immitracker a couple of people have updated that they got approval as well as return tracker activation with date of passport delivery 28 and 30 November. I am doubtful if this is really true. their activation dates are 15th and 18th Dec.
