Passports to CPC Ottawa- June 2017

Just checked my CIC page and my application is Approved with counterfoil information displayed.
Passport delivered to CPC Ottawa on June 26.

I just got email that application approved but tracker not activated yet.
On MyCIC written that " A final decision has been made. Please see the final decision below." but I can't see a final decision or document attached to my portal.

Any advice.

Sorry for the question: what does mean of document counterfoil? and gave me expiry till Jan 2018.

There is no final document attached. Your application status is 'Approved' you are good.
The expity date is 1 year after your medical date.

Thanks, I tried this number. It transfers me to IRCC number and then i hear this message: "I am sorry, the toll free number is not available to your area." Did you ever get this message?

Yes I did, I had to keep calling, once my docs shipped I didn't call again.

Tracker Not Activated Yet........................I check Canada Post like 48 times a day......

Even my file is approved on 11th, return tracker not yet activated. Usually how long it will take after the approval to get the passport ?

Yes I did, I had to keep calling, once my docs shipped I didn't call again.

Thanks. My app got approved online. So will wait few more days to see if it ships. Otherwise will call that number.

Tracker activated today...

Looks like it takes about 3-5 business days for tracker to activate.

So I finally received my passport and CoPR . Full details in signature. Will be landing in the next 2-3 weeks after a quick trip to the US.

My passport has been dispatched today from Ottawa. I will get it tomorrow.
Passport delivered to CIC - 27th June.
Application was approved - 10th July.
Passport will be received - 15th July.
