Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

Finally my track was activated yesterday, hopefully I will get my documents today

CEC Inland
PPR - July 6
Docs sent - July 7
Delivered - July 10
Approval - July 19
Track activated - July 25

Guys I am still wondering from where I can track my passport processing status, if that is in MyCIC account then where is it? In the same profile that I applied for PR?

One of my friend sent passport on JULY,5 It was delivered on July 7. Application was approved on 18. Today he received his passport back. It is moving....

I am going to call them tomorrow. So will post it then.

Buddy i got my Passport request on 5th July, I sent it on 6th July and it got delivered on 7th July. No updates after that. Online on cic application status check it still says just "decision made". Tried calling them several times but no agent is available to talk. Really frustrating now.

Ooo, and another small detail. His visa was dated in passport on July 11.

I remember that someone mentioned earlier here, that while talking to the agent the applicant was told that passports went to the printing room on July 11. I phoned them on July 20 and I was told that my passport went to the printing room. I think visa is already printed and COPR as well. Only God probably knows what are they doing there.

Another thing I guess the agent really can not provide a real updated information. Btw I will check it tomorrow.

I remember that someone mentioned earlier here, that while talking to the agent the applicant was told that passports went to the printing room on July 11. I phoned them on July 20 and I was told that my passport went to the printing room. I think visa is already printed and COPR as well. Only God probably knows what are they doing there.

Another thing I guess the agent really can not provide a real updated information. Btw I will check it tomorrow.

I guess they are late because of all the student visas printing now ...etc (speculation)

Well that date is when visa was approved not when it was printed. Going to prinintg room means approval i think. But i am withyou on this higly inconsistent system, some people have approved and return tracker not activated for a week, some people have status"in progress" not even approved yet and some have "decision made"...there is no order even with dates...people with 18th july delivery has been updated to approved already and people with 10th 12th and 14th are still waiting in progress....people who are sending passports to places other than ottawa are getting them back in 5 days...i dont know what is going on there....

We both are in same shoes. My passport was delivered on 11 Jul and when I called them on Jul 20 they told me that it went for Printing, but status is still "Decision Made".

was travelling so didnt send my passport untill july 13th...canada post prioirty...delivered 14th july 9:56 am local time

What number should I call to get a status update? The CIC Call center? Or would I have more luck emailing them?
