Passports to CPC Ottawa-August 2017

Thanks for the reply, now that I know there are others who are experiencing the same thing gives me relief for an instance I was thinking that my passport was lost or maybe it got delivered to wrong address, just after my last post I called CIC and this time I got lucky some agent answered my call and told me that my passport is in print queue with all the other passports with that being said there are umpteen amount of passports waiting in queue for visa stamping and looks like they are following FIFO method I hope they do will be only fair.

I was told same thing today by CIC agent.

still can not understand which button should I dial, when I am calling to IRCC to ask them about current situation with my passport (was approved, but still tracker is not activated).

Could some of you tell me, what did you dial to get this information?

I am positive about what you see on my cic account is not accurate or up to date your application doesn't necessarily have to say "Approved" in order for the tracker to be activated I have so many examples for that as a matter of fact my brother and his family they moved to Canada and their application status on my cic is still showing that it's in progress they only way to know 100% is through GCMS notes as the Case Analysts are more focused on updating GCMS database after every assessment regardless of my cic application status. When I spoke to the agent this morning he told me that it can take few weeks and advised me to wait until 1st week of October and for whatever reason if I still don't receive the passport by then he told me to contact them once again and check the status at that point of time.

I called CIC today. She told me that my pp is not ready to be sent out yet. However, she will left a note for them to let them know that i need my pp asap.
