My friend who got ppr on sept. 23 and passports received by ottawa on sept 29, just got an email from cio-sydney today "Please be advised that a request letter was sent via e-mail on September 24, 2014 by Case Processing Centre-Ottawa. If you have not received this letter, please contact their office at: CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca". Anyone who got ppr received this kind of an email from cio? Request letter after ppr?

Mine was also received by Ms Benette but I sent by Canada post xpresspost to courier address.
