hello guys

so my passport reached ottawa on oct 8
then they emailed me saying they sent it back last oct 24
but until now i have receive my passport back
im so stressed out.
i don't know what to do
they sent it through regular mail
coz i have no idea that i have to include a self address envelope

Did you try contacting Canada post to see if they can help? Double check the mailing address with CIC to make sure they send it to the right address.

i just got call from canada immigration about interview at 1148 hornby street,vancouver...i already have got my landed immigrant paper from border.....recieved my permanent residency 2 weeks back and now got a call for interview...need to bring 2 photographs,passport,landing fee reciept and landed immigrant paper....dont know wat is interview about...do anybody else have the same scenerio?????

They just emailed me yesterday that they have my passport.
that my postal address is invalid which I check every mail that im receiving same address that I gave them.
so today they email me 6:49am
saying that they sent back my passport through expresspost but I pay for a PRIORITY COURIER. anyway im just happy that it is not lost.

I have a problem and I all appreciate to receive your guide, if having similar experience

I received my PPR earlier December and immediately after sent my PP (with a return pack and PPR letter) to CPC-Ottawa (PO box address) using xpresspost. Since almost 8 days ago, I received no update regarding delivery of my package, every time I check track history online. The track history shows "out for delivery" without further update.

Every time I call Canada post customer service, I receive inconclusive response like "......Your pack has been, in fact, delivered we as of PO box, we cannot provide you further update" or "We can do nothing about your pack, someone from CPC should come and pick up your pack".

Does any body have a similar case? Is there a chance the CPC does not receive the packs sent to its PO Box address? How long should I expect to receive confirmation of delivery (if any shows up)?

Don't worry they'll receive it.i also sent mine via xpress post on the po box address and sent it sept 29 and it was out for delivery oct 1st and it get stucked to that status,I was so worried and called cic and Canada post,I even file a service ticket to canada post but eventually I got my passport back,what canada post told me is that since cpp ottawa is a large volume receiver they're not able to sign all packge for the receipt.
