Dear All,

CIC sent me PPR 2 months ago. I sent them my passports and they returned them back to me saying, your PCC from India is missing. I am living in Dubai and I was unable to send my pcc DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE reasons.

Do I still have time to send something to them because they did not ask for anything?

Please help!!!!!! :-[

You got to sent PCC as they advised without wasting time... There are good number of Indian applicant residing in Dubai here in the forum could better guide you how to get PCC being away from the country of residence... Otherwise if you have relatives at home then probably they could get you some assistance in this regard.....Get the info asap and jump in action asap. You are so close bro...

Well I think its better to check with a solicitor as you are in a very critical stage and you seriously need to take the right step. that's what I think, good luck with it

It is not a problem. You can go to Indian Embassy and they will issue PCC next day.
It is the normal procedure for Indians to get PCC unless they are awaiting report from their own agency in India. In that case you can not do any thing but wait.

PCC is must and you seem to be reluctant to get it for "unavoidable circumstances". You will not get visa unless you comply with their request.

Hi
you go to your nearest Indian Embassy with your dubai PCC after they issued your Indian PCC but it takes few days.
