Can anyone please tell, are the photograph specifications for the express entry and the specifications for PR visa same??

I have to send my passport with my 2 photographs...just wondering can i use the one that I have uploaded in EE profile?

just measure your photos if its 50x70 mm then its ok. or else take a new one by following the link that i send in my previous post.

and did it got activated just after your application changed to close in my cic?

i dont have my tracking number.....

expected delivery date is not shown. Seems like I will receive it by Monday afternoon. My application status changed to closed yesterday afternoon, and tracker got activated today noon.

Sent passport copies on Dec 29th, got the documents today (Jan 8th).

pr card wait time changed to 87 from 78 days :'(

Just got a small update: Application details is now changed to "Approved". No visible changes in the status table though. the Express Entry button is active again I don't want to hit that again

Just a quick update: Application is approved and closed. Now waiting for the return tracker to be activated. Passports reached at Ottawa on 4th Jan. Thanks guys.

Mine still open inside. Outside grid it is Approved. I got ghost mail for the WP applications that there is no updates. I am not sure whether they are delaying because of my WP applications

I'm starting to suspect that they're working on "last in first out" principle.

Nope, no change. I guess it even depends on the AOR date. August AOR PA will have more time to complete landing formalities than July AOR PA taking into consideration the medical tests date.

Correct.. + they have less time for July people to meet the 6 month timeline.. So they need to close those applications first v/s Aug AORs...
We will get some update next week on our passports..

Had a question regarding sending passports for PPR to CPC - Ottawa.

I have a dependent us-born dependent child, do i need to send his passport with other documents ? Also his passport was renewed recently, do i send both old and new passports or copies of both passport?

Your child does not need a visa to enter Canada, so just send a copy of his US passport (new one)
