I have to submit my application but my passport in in processing and I dont have it yet.
Can I send my application without passport copy? Can I send passport copy to CIC after few days of application sending?
 
W/O Prinicipal applicant passport copy application will be incomplete. Better wait for your passport before applying to CIO
