Passport Translations required again - Weird

Hi there,
I did the test on Sep and passed it. The officer asked for Original passport translations , and I said you have them on file, and she found them .
and confirmed everything was fine and I will get a letter regarding the oath and ceremony.
but recently I phoned them and they said my file was updated on OC 22 , and they need my passport translations !! which is weird !!.
has this ever happen to anybody? what does that mean?

Did you include all pages of passport with citizenship application?

my guess, is that "someone" put a note on your file, that they need to have translated passport pages...
then the interviewer told you the same, and when you pointed him/her to the translated passport, they didn't update that note... hence its still on your file! just a guessing here, thought

lazy stupid CIC way of work..they should be shamed depleting resources and taxes from we diligent ppl working here.
