Yea, IRCC office has sent this to VFS in London and then VFS will forward that to you. In our case they will send the package back to VFS in Dublin and VFS Dublin sill send it to us.

It is funny though that our application was processed pretty fast till PPR. It took us about 5 months
and now you have to wait two or three months for COPR hahaha Updates:
PPR Received : 15th May, 2022.
Passports sent to local VFS office (Stockholm): 21st May, 2022
Passports reached to London IRCC: 24th May, 2022
POE letter generated: 21st June, 2022
Passports stamped and dispatched from London IRCC: 22nd June, 2022
Received stamped passports : 28th June, 2022
Not that bad - so it looks like we can expect to have some sort of confirmation this week or next week - hopefully
