Passport to CPC Ottawa - January 2017

My passport arrived in Ottawa on January 30th. My tracker for Canada post still has my package as being out for delivery however I received my copr today. I am inland on a work visa. Can I just show up to the boarder or do I need to book an appointment?

I had sent the documents to CPC-Ottawa-PR, PO BOX 9780 on 6th Feb, 2017 through Canada Post xPresspost. I checked the status this afternoon and it says "Item ready for pickup". I am a bit confused because of this status. I am not sure who is supposed to pickup the parcel. I had requested for signature on delivery. Has anyone faced this while sending the documents?

I think you should call Canada post or go to their local Canada post office to inquire about the status of this.

Thank you. Hopefully not, they still have to send it. Unfortunately I don't have tracking number, but expect to have it on Monday!
