Use speed post/registered mail or courier it by Fedex

Hi meena,

I worked in USA for 2 years and they provided letter with roles and responsibility

for one company i worked in india for 2.5 years, i had good relation, and they gave me letter specifying roles and responsibility.

I also got detailed letter from CA firm where i did my articleship. hence all above was sufficient for my more than 4 years work exp for point purpose

for other companies, where i just had normal experience letter, i sent them along with explaination that company does not provide detailed letter covering responsibilities.

Hi Meena
You can deifne your role and responsibility draft them and ask your company to print it on their official letter pad and chop / stamp that letter. This what i did for myself and ask my HR and they were nice enough to do that. It also depend which organization you worked for and how co-operative they are. Hopefully they should do it. But i doubt it if you ask them to write it in detail for you as now a days everyone too much busy.
