Passport Surname is different

Hello there, Need some information. My wife's name on her all certificate, other docs and her NID is Jannatul Fardous. But on her passport she has my surname. As Jannatul Fardous Khan. Is this will be any problem for immigration purpose and for her certificate assessment. Need expert suggestion. thanks in advance.

For immigration She needs to provide an affidavit that both names belongs to her. U will find samples on this forum. Just type it on A4 size paper and that’s it. For certificate assessment I am not sure.
