Passport Submission to Fort Erie

I have recently sent our family passports to Fort Erie since we are living in Canada, but on the photo specification sheet it says send (2)each. I didn't see the other area where it told us to send (3) and told us to write our height and eye colour. Do you think we will have a problem with only having (2) photos each and no height nor eye colour written on it?

I had the same problem, but I sent my passport with the 2 pics only last week. I am wondering if you heard back from them? or did you receive any response? Please let me know, I just want to know how much delay this will cause...
