Any one is still waiting for their passports from Abu Dhabi Embassy after the 10 working days is over

How beneficial is the personal visit to the Embassy to check the status?

We waited for over 50 days . Then we got the passports , wait a few more days then if u can visit then go.

I believe it should have a validity of 6 months minimum

Thanks , if I send passport with at least 6 months validity , what about landing , for example with 2 Months valid passport I can land?
airlines will sell tickets?

Aramex is the exclusive courrier to get the passports back.
If the waiting period is 15 days or more, you can pay a visit to the embassy in Abu Dhabi and fill up a Status Inquiry Form, they might ask for evidence of urgency such as ticket booking or business trip showing that you need your passports. Then, they will check and usually give back the passport with visas already stamped and COPR in most of the cases. (Weirdly though, the security guard person might ask for a tip after you get the passport!)

For who recieved his passports with visa stamped, you count the holidays or just the working days because we had sent it and recieved by the embassy on 22nd of april, we sent emails for both the embassy and cic ottawa no answer from both. It should be 10 working days only , now they are 19 days.
I am very worried cause the 30 days time given to send the passports ends on the 26 of april, was it a problem?
And because we are in saudi arabia , we cant go anywhere without the passports and in work they ask for my passport everday

i submitted mine on 25 May 2015 and got back on 03 June 2015 with visa and COPR.

When I asked they said normal processing time is 10 working days...

I m in the same situation. Passports received at Abu Dhabi on 17th May. No response from the embassy till now and I can't travel!
