So I had sent my Passport to Abu Dhabi ( Via kuwait office) . It took exactly 1 month to receive the Passport and COPR.

Btw

I went through my COPR and saw that it has mentioned Citizenship: India / Place of Birth : Kuwait / COB: Kuwait / COR: Australia

I only lived in Australia for 7 years ( They made me submit PCC for Australia, India and Kuwait ) but currently a resident in Kuwait. Does it matter they have made an error ??

I am assuming Country of Residence (COR) should be Kuwait. Should I be bothered by this error ?

If the only difference is in the country of residence , I think it is not a big deal , however it is recommended that you send Abu Dhabi office an email with the error and its correction in order to clear your side in the future and Keep this email in your records in case you need it one day .

But, if the difference is in the country of birth or nationality, it is a severe mistake, and you should send them email and keep with them until this mistake is resolved and they replace your COPR with a new one.


I have a question for you,

How did you send them your passport ? through Aramex or through VAC or Vfs ,
is it the best way to send passports from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi ?
did you use the return airway-bill??

And how much does it cost??
