Passport stamping from London

Dear friends,

Thanks for the advice on adding my Newborn baby to my application.

1) I need to know how long it will take to get mine and my family's passport from London. Our Passport reached London On 08-02-2013.
Anybody have any idea about it. My Location in Kuwait.
2)Is there anyway to track our passport from London office.
