PASSPORT Send thru Canada post but failed to deliver

I sent my passport thru Canada Post and it has to be delivered on Feb 22. I keep on tracking and it says it is still in transit. I called the Canada Post Customer service but they cannot provide the exact answer where is my package. I emailed the CIC about it but they havent reply yet. I am worried that my passport has been lost by Canada post and my PPR will expire soon.
