I got email for passport request from ircc after that I submitted my passport. Everything was done and my passport was even dispatched from vfs but when I tracked it, it says that they have sent it back to the shipper. I contacted the courier service . They said its because the courier service is not available in my area but now i am trying to contact vfs for one week they are not responding. Even i dont know where my passport is? I am worried about my passport. How should i contact them or should i go to vfs office in person?
