Hi All,

I recently received my request for passport and sent in my passport through Canada post Xpresspost to Ottawa CPP. I got an update on my profile stating that my application has been approved and closed. Now when the mail man tried to deliver the passport back to my address, my house owner's kid mistakenly said that no one by the name resides in this address(I recently moved in), so when I called Canada post I came to know that my mail was returned back to Ottawa-CPP due to this reason. Please help me with this situation and guide me on what steps I should take next. Really appreciate your help and if someone has experienced this before please let me know how it was solved.

Thanks again!

Is there a contact number for CPP Ottawa?

There doesn't seem to be, but you can send an email here: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

The website says:
"After you have sent your e-mail, you will receive an automatic message acknowledging that we have received your question. This message will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours, then it may be in your junk mail box or you may have entered your email address incorrectly."

Hi, I double checked the cpc website, they only have a fax number and email id on there. I have emailed to that email id. Is there any other thing I'm missing? Please help
