I'm writing this on behalf of my friend.
2 weeks back they received the passport request from VO to send their PPs to Canadian High Commision for stamping visa. By this time, due to countrywide strike (hartal) they could not able to do it, and the HC of Dhaka been shut down. They went to VFS dhaka to deposit their PPs but they said they have to send a mail to SVO regarding what they have to do now.
So they write a mail, but till date SVO does not responded, but time is running out for them as they have to send the passports wihin 60 days, as they instructed.
Could you advice on this matter. Tnx you in advance

I think they should send another case based enquiry - stating the urgency.
