My mother-in-law got a passport request for TRV. The visa processing centre is Chennai, India. My mother-in-law lives in another district (5 hours from Chennai). There is no clear directions how to send the passport and receive.
What are the possibilities to send:
- submit in person and receive the passport in person. In this case, does it have to be done by the applicant or authorized person can do (say my father-in-law)
- submit in person and receive the passport in courier.
- Send the passport in courier and receive in courier.
If any one has experience, please share. Thanks in advance.
