I think it varies country to country. From New Delhi Visa office I got a regular registered mail

is it possible that Applicant pays the DHL/Courier cost to VO and they'd send subsequent stuffs in courier?
regular mails could get lost sometimes.

its the regular mail.
it usually takes 3-15 days to get a mail from the CHC's.
I donno lol its called snail as its slower.
