Today, i got email from immigration department regarding submission of passport of wife. My wife is 5 months pregnant, if i tell them regarding her pregnancy, will this delay the visa or not.

If she lands in canada before having the baby thats fine. No ned to inform anyone.
But if she gives birth before landing in canada you should inform them
