Hi, is smbdy there to help me???????????
I have received an email from delhi immigration requesting :
* proof of payment of landing fee in mississauga or by sponsor in canada, if not already paid.
* submission of PCC for the time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.[/list]
i want to know is the sponsorship fee and landing fee same............i already paid it in mississauga by demand draft of $1040.
and also submitted the original PCC 's in Mississauga when i submitted the case in mississauga......
so do have to do that again or just submit the passport

They are not asking for your passport, so why would you send it to them?

Just write through the Case Specific Enquiry form telling them that you have already paid all your fees (1040 means you have paid the processing fees - 75 + 475 - and the right of permanent residence fee - 490). Give them the receipt number or attach a scan of the receipt.

As for the PCCs, did you submit the application in less than 3 months after the PCCs were issued? Because if they were more than 3 months old by the time Mississauga received your application, they will consider them invalid and you will need to provide a new set.
