try contacting the Visa office that's processing your application because that's what I did
I did that too I only got that my application I still under active review this my WhatsApp number lemme share it to you 08079439134
What did you say when you contacted them? I would also like to send an email tomorrow.
I kept sending web forms every 2 weeks asking for updates. I asked and informed that my file is complete and that I heard the news that IRCC prioritizes processing complete files & if that can speed up my application. It still depends which Visa office is processing your file.
