This is new.
Let’s wait for a lot of approvals during the week.

It is written over that some closed VACs accept passport via mail but INDIAN VACs are not under that list. The VACs which provide limited services have indicated that on their respective websites.

I received my GCMS on sep 28.
It is all approved.
A little relief after all this wait.
