Passport Request Means Visa Approved ????

We applied Visitor Visa for my wife online …

She got passport request to send it to new York VAC centre.

Passport request means she got her TRV visa ????

Please advise !!

Not always, there have been people who got passport request along with a refusal letter. It's never a guarantee until you've actually seen the visa in your passport.

As mikeymyke mentioned, until you have the TRV with you , there is ALWAYS a chance for refusal.

As arif.jabbar said, Passport Request means approved... The exclusions are anomalies and a rarities that are pointless... Their occurrence is similar to the occurrence of even PR cancellation after landing or even Citizenship cancellation.. Ignore the negative energy and go Celebrate... Welcome to Canada buddy... Stop worrying and enjoy life... Consider the Visa in your pocket already
