The problem is I realize this matter after sending the passports. And Now I am expecting a consequence-
"They can return my passport with/without visa".

Which is more likely? any idea?

Hello Dear Fellows,
I like to share that they (CHC London) has accept my name format as it is in the passport, and the email is in the below-

"Dear Dr Choudhury,
Thank you for your email regarding your application for permanent residence to Canada.
From our records it states that this is how the name appears on your passports. Therefore it is written the same way on your visa. This will be accepted by the visa officials at the Canadian port of entry."

So it is a good relief. Notably I am a Bangladeshi national.
