And the worst part that I'm illegal in USA, and I can't renew my passport here ( passport from Kirgystan)
Is someone know what to do? How they gonna put Canadian visa if my passport has just 5 more months?

Not ideal but for PR it won't be a problem at border if your passport is expiring soon. I'd submit passport per the instructions.
