Passport Request After Paying RPRF

I got the ITA in April and was asked to pay the RPRF on 21st July 2016. When can I expect to get a passport request?

I am currently staying in Canada on a valid visitor visa. If I get a passport request, would I need to submit my passport in the home country?

You can send it to CPC Ottawa. I was also outland and sent my PP to Ottawa as I was in Canada on a TRV.

There's no pattern to it. The average appears to be 4-6 weeks for PPR after RPRF.
I got both the requests on the same day.
