Passport Renewal before ITA or after AOR?

Hi,
I will be getting my Wes report next week, everything else is ready to enter the Express Entry Pool but my passport is only valid for another 10 months. I read a few old threads regarding the same issue but couldn't quite find an answer. If I apply for passport renewal now, it'll take at least 3 weeks more, with the CRS going up with every draw, I don't want to delay it anymore. But with only 10 months left on my passport's validity, what should be my move here?

Passport validity should be atleast 6 months from when you apply.

I should be good for that 6 months rule. The question I have here is, would adding a new passport post AOR through CSE webform cause any delay in the PR process?
