Passport question!

Hello guys .. My wife got ppr yesterday..
Can her brother drop of passport and pictures to the visa office ?
Or the applicant has to do so?
Plz let me know thx

Some Vos have a drop box for submitting documents, I personally would not trust that method.

I believe they prefer delivery via courier though.

If you send via courier , you have proof that you have sent (take the signature option).
This is a solid proof that you sent them and they receieved it.

Don't take risk.
